Fabrication & Welding Services

From heavy to light fabrication, MetalCraftsman fabricates in both pipe and structural in high nickel alloys, (i.e. stainless steel, inconel, monel), hastolloy, aluminum, carbon, x42, x50, x60, and chrome.  

All Structural welds meet AWS codes D1.1, D1.2, D3.5, D3.7

All Pipe line welds meet API 1104 and 1107

All pressure vessel and pipe meet ASME section IV and ASME B31.3

By late 2004 we will be a fully coded pressure vessel shop with R, U and S stamps in house with a full QA/QC program in place.
